Homebrewing
It all started with a dream… a dream and a book.
Why wait for others to brew beer that we like when we can make it ourselves for only a fraction of the cost and 10 times the amount of work?
Exactly. Why didn’t you think of this first? What? You did… oh.
Here we will go from several people who know nothing about brewing beer to several people who know slightly more than nothing about brewing beer. Delusions of grandeur aside, we just want some good beer.
I will honestly be surprised if we keep this up longer than a few months.
If there is one thing I’ve already learned from Charlie Papazian (read: one thing Charlie Papazian can’t go a paragraph without saying) it is to “relax, and have a homebrew.”
